WOMEN’S CIRCLE ~ Trust & Letting Go It’s time to slow down and honor autumn: a season of change, of turning inward, and of letting go 🍂 In this women’s circle, we’ll create a warm and safe space to pause, connect, share, and explore what we’re ready to release. A moment to breathe, soften, and let go of what we may be holding onto, while learning to trust ourselves and the natural flow of life. We’ll use simple practices, sharing, reflection, and connection to come back to ourselves and to each other.
