Movement and Interaction. Contact Improvisation Workshop with Sergey Semichev

In our workshop, we'll explore weight movement and the principles of weight transfer and reception. We'll learn how to organize the body to receive and release weight, and of course, how to use and play with these principles in dance. A basic level of contact improvisation skills is sufficient to participate in the workshop. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers.
